Log in to “yourhealthfile.com”.

Click on “Schedule an Appointment”.

On the left-hand side of the screen under “Patient Appointments”, select request an E-Visit.

On the next screen select the location which will be Eric L Hall MD. Next, select any provider.
 

Indicate the reason for your visit then select the requested date.
 

Pick out your Preferred Day(s), Appointment Time, and Preferred Method.
 

Then choose request.
 

You will be able to view this appointment if you select Patient Appointment on the left-hand side of the screen.
