For same day appointments, you will need to call the office after registering and scheduling your appointment. A member of our staff will then get you checked in. Please have your child present for the appointment.

Following registration from the link above, you can follow the instructions below to have instant access to the patient portal by phone, computer or tablet.

Instructions from your smart phone after registering: Create a new contact on your phone titled “Hall Telehealth”. The phone number is 912-369-5437. Under the same contact, select URL/Website and save "yourhealthfile.com". If you need assistance, call our office and a member of our team will gladly assist you.

 

Instructions on your computer/tablet after registering: Type “yourhealthfile.com” in the search bar and press enter. Then, bookmark this page which will make it easier for you to access the portal in the future. You will want to save your username and password in a convenient place such as under contacts in your cell phone.
